Yes to both. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your data stays accessible until the end of the billing period, and you can export patient records to CSV and invoices to PDF at any point, including after you cancel.

Nothing to install and no IT team required. It runs in the browser. An onboarding wizard walks you through clinic details, inviting your team, and creating your first patient record.

Each plan includes a patient allowance, shown on the pricing cards above. Appointments, treatments and invoices are unlimited on every plan.

You pick the plan that fits. If you decide not to continue, the account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can still export all of your data at no cost.

Access is controlled by role, so reception, hygienists and dentists each see only what their role allows. Every record view and change is written to an activity log tied to a named user, which is what a data protection officer will ask you for. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
