Note for Patients: If you are a patient of a clinic using dentisti.pro, your first point of contact should be your dental clinic, as they are the Data Controller for your health records. Contact the DPO only if the clinic does not respond within 30 days or if you have concerns about the Platform itself.
You will receive an automated acknowledgment with a unique reference number for tracking.
The DPO will review your request and provide an initial response or request additional information if needed.
Most requests are resolved within 30 days. Complex requests may be extended by up to 60 additional days with notification.
If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or your local supervisory authority.
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated and our DPO has not resolved your concern satisfactorily, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
