When to Contact the DPO

You should contact the DPO if you need assistance with any of the following:

Data Subject Rights: Exercising your right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection
Privacy Concerns: Questions about how your personal data is processed, stored, or shared
Breach Reporting: Suspected or actual unauthorized access to personal data
Consent Withdrawal: Withdrawing consent for marketing communications or optional data processing
Consultas sobre el DPA: Preguntas sobre el Acuerdo de Tratamiento de Datos o cambios de subencargados
Cross-Border Transfers: Concerns about international data transfers and applicable safeguards
Complaints: If you believe your data protection rights have been violated

Nota para pacientes: Si eres paciente de una clinica que utiliza dentisti.pro, tu primer punto de contacto debe ser tu clinica dental, ya que es la Responsable de tus registros de salud. Contacta con el DPO solo si la clinica no responde en 30 dias o si tienes dudas sobre la propia Plataforma.

Response Timeline

Acknowledgment (within 24 hours)

You will receive an automated acknowledgment with a unique reference number for tracking.

Initial Assessment (within 72 hours)

The DPO will review your request and provide an initial response or request additional information if needed.

Resolution (within 30 days)

Most requests are resolved within 30 days. Complex requests may be extended by up to 60 additional days with notification.

Escalation (if needed)

If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or your local supervisory authority.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated and our DPO has not resolved your concern satisfactorily, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
